SUMMARY
I’m Matthew McCullough — a Dallas–Fort Worth–based video producer, editor, and digital creator specializing in sports media, esports content, commercial video, and short-form storytelling. I turn raw footage into clean, high-impact content built to engage, connect, and convert audiences.
EARLY FOUNDATION
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film from The University of Texas at Austin, where I built my foundation in visual storytelling, studio production, and creative strategy.
CAREER EXPERIENCE
Over the past several years, I’ve produced and edited content for platforms reaching millions of viewers. At Chat Sports, I contributed to more than 35 channels spanning the NFL, NBA, MLB, and college football — helping the network surpass 2.7 million subscribers and over 1 billion total video views. At Fanatic Perspective, I served as Producer and Director of Photography, helping the channel pass 12.5K subscribers and 3M+ views, crafting the show’s visual identity and production style. I’ve also produced commercial work for local brands and businesses, including fitness and lifestyle content.
I’m drawn to work that blends creativity, storytelling, and technical skill — whether that’s producing sports media, editing dynamic commercial content, or shaping narratives for digital brands. I love taking raw footage and transforming it into cinematic, clean, and compelling visual stories. I’m especially excited about opportunities in esports and gaming, where I can combine my on-air sports experience, editing skillset, and passion for competitive games like Valorant.
WHERE I’M HEADED
Alongside my production career, I’m strengthening my technical toolkit through TripleTen’s Full-Stack Web Development program — gaining hands-on experience with modern web technologies, problem-solving workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
No matter the project — whether it’s a commercial shoot, studio show, esports montage, interview, brand campaign, or short-form social content — I bring a mix of creativity, precision, and strategic thinking to every frame.
